Text of Complaint by Joyshil:

Sir, I have recharged my airtel no on 31-08-2020 with Rs. 199 plan for the benefits of unlimited calling and data benefits of 1.5GB/day for a period of 28 days. From about a week before, I am unable to make call through my airtel no and while making a call, there is a complete silence during the call, and it is not connected. Also, I am unable to receive any calls in this no amd while making a call to this no from other nos, it says that it is either switched off or not reachable , while it is in the mobile with a proper network in it. Along with it, the network speed is also quite slow, as it is only about 30-50 kb/s, which is not a proper 4G network. It is highly frustrating and annoying for me to unable to use the benefits for this plan for which I have already paid. I have to use this no regularly for my office and other networks which I am unable to do in this period. Therefore, I would like to request you to kindly look into this matter and to solve it as soon as possible. Thank you.
