Respected Concern,
I’m a regular customer of Airtel Mobile & Broadband since last 18 years. My all numbers are of Airtel & even the broadband we are using is also of Airtel. My payments are always clear on time & that’s the reason that till date I have not been penalised with any Late Fee Charges. My complaint is that since last 08 months i’m facing a networking problem at my house on my mobile number 9818633995. I’m having 02 more Airtel numbers but none of them is having the same problem. I have started lodging my complaint to the customer care from January 2020 onwards & till date my complaint is still open. My frustration level is on height now because I have lost my all secrecy. For attending the calls I have to come to my Balcony & whatever i talk all neighbours listen the same. I have changed the mobile sim twice, get my device checked with the service centre, all is OK, but Airtel haven’t taken my complaint on a serious note. Kindly help in this matter to retain my secrecy intact & life smoothed.
