I have a postpaid bill plan from Airtel Services. When I connect to Bank Customer Care services Airtel charges me ₹52/- I think these services are not chargeable. Please consider why they charge me and If I need help from BANK CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I need to pay the fee for this kind of service to the mobile network services.
