Dear All,
I’m Arun kumar.R . I’m postpoid mobile subscriber of Airtel for past 10+ years. since from 13-Oct-2020. mobile sim is deactivated. then i reached airtel care & store every day till dec-2020. they gave me many sim for replacement . still my airtel sim is in deactivated since 13-Oct-2020 and it is still now not resolved. where as this number has postpoid bill generated every month and also airtel team reach me for payment dues. due to this i wasnt able to change mobile subscription to other subscribers like vodafone/ idea.
I’m been in very pain due to airtel . they manage deactivated airtel connection and then give remainder for payment dues.
