I would like to inform you that I have received an incorrect Airtel mobile bill for October 2023. The charges, which are for international roaming activation and an ISD call, are incorrect because I did not activate roaming or use the services in any capacity. I didn’t activate the international roaming pack, but the bill shows additional charges. Moreover, the Airtel team has notified me of internet usage in Mexico, but I was not present there at all. I only used WIFI as a means of accessing the internet, so why am I being charged for this? I already talked to a customer care person, but they told me we passed your complaint but would try our best to give it a wave. After that, the Airtel bill department gave me a Rs. 61 wave-off. I paid all the outstanding amount for October 2023 because we don’t want this kind of service from Airtel, so I decided to port to another mobile company. Again, in this November month, I received Rs. 4028/- in bill amount. Again, they charge an IR usage amount of Rs. 2773.00/-. Seriously, Airtel is making fools of customers; whatever they want, they charge. So now this time, I cannot proceed with this invoice payment without a detailed confirmation from your side. Our due date is November 19, 2023, to pay nov bill. Please, it’s a humble request to see this matter; I am coming to you via online to solve this issue. I hope for the best result. Note: Initially, I was using a Vodafone SIM, but I switched to an Airtel SIM upon hearing about the Airtel service. However, I did not expect such issues from the Airtel team.
