I have completed my 90 day in Airtel Postpaid, I want to switch into JIO, I am not able to generate PORT Code

Facing Problem
Send port message PORT 9136361166 to
I’m receiving message
UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

Even I didn’t request for the change of ownership

Kindly provide me Port code as soon as possible
