I have taken broadband of 500 GB with 40 mbps speed from Genius marketing Ghatkapor in Mumbai around 7th June 2020. I have been told that the monthly bill will be Rs. 899 + GST. However when i see the plan it is 1399 + GST. I have not taken any DTH and Mobile number along with this plan. Now I am trying to contact him he is not reachable. Even we had a con-call with Channel partner of that Area Mr. Arif. He also agreed that Rs. 899 + GST bill come to you. I am trying to contact them but they are not picking my phone. It is really bad that Airtel is selling by mischiefing the customer. My due date for payment is 16th July. Please resolve it before that. Genius Marketing contact no.
