hi sir,
my name is karthik i am a tata docomo user number 8885559668 earlier had enjoyed their services the best,but after they merged their services to airtel they started cheating me and most customers like me with new way of merging the monthly plans without any approvals/ confirmations.
i was paying the monthly payments usual ,by over couple of months later after in airtel i started getting high amount bills then as normal where i was thinking may be of my usage and continued to pay bills.
with my previous bill i was shocked and referred the bill my plans has changed not only once twice without any approval and i was paying the bill amount.
how they change the plans with out any approval/confirmation from customer. if their is no such availability of current plan its customer choice to continue or not according to his budget.
sir please take the serious action on these type of cheating activities where the airtel like corporate looting the customers.
