Suddenly my prepaid sim was not working on 19th midnight, have checked with on 20th by 12:45 AM they advised there was a downgrade issue your sim will work after 30 mins. after i called by 1:30 am the customer executive said your sim was damaged pls replace the sim in airtel store and for 48 hours your messaging service wad blocked. nowadays every online transaction we need OTP. now I’m unable to do any bank transactions due to this issue
