Hi,
I never asked airtel to create an MBANK and now all the money which comes from GAS Subsidy directly goes to that account and i am neither able to use it as mbank is blocked or if i goto local airtel office they say to call greviance redressal officer whose number is not at all reachable finally i got hold of We care executive who helped me raise a complaint number (# 2991919) and provide the account details so the money will be transfered to my account. We are struggling to get 2000 rs back to our account from past 1 year no is helping us in resolution and now after almost more than a month i get a response from wecare@airtel stating the Name Mismatches in the account. how can this happen when aadhar and other details are provided.
