Airtel is following malpractices for tariff options. as a postpaid customer for international roaming I am being forced to take a 2999 plan where as same plan for ore paid customer is 899. on calling the customer care they are hardly bothered and saying only these options for these customers. it a malpractice and not em ethical one.
