I am a consultant who works with an exclusive online client base and Airtel has made me lose out a significant amount of money due to their negligence and nonchalant attitude towards paying customers. I have called in the last 72 hours at least more than 10 times regarding the disconnection in my Internet connection to no avail. I spoke to multiple supervisors who were content just to distract me with a bogus 4-hour period in which the issue will be solved.
They willfully, and with intent, refrained from telling me the real issue and continued to give nonsensical reasons regarding my complaint despite repeated sincere requests to clarify and tell me a time.
As you know, in 2022, being without the Internet for an hour is an annoyance regardless of your age group or occupation. Now, think about how it feels for someone who depends on a fibernet connection 24/7 to make any money in this Covid-infested time.
It is not January 3rd and I have still not gotten my connection, and I, a humble and self-employed individual, continue to lose money after paying a megacorporation like Airtel every month.
