Hello Sir,
We are currently in communication with Airtel support regarding a network issue in our area at Millat Road, Mangalpady, Kasargod District, Kerala (PIN: 671324). Unfortunately, we haven’t received positive feedback from Airtel yet.
The problem revolves around low network coverage inside our homes, and it has been brought to our attention that the Airtel tower, previously located in Nayabazar, has been relocated due to National Highway work. Consequently, this relocation has led to diminished network coverage within our residences.
We are urgently requesting Airtel to take immediate action to resolve this network issue, as it is impacting our communications. Your assistance in expediting this matter is greatly appreciated.
