I have super senior citizens who in the last 3 days has added 4 channels worth 100 Rs in error. With the new lock in period it has become extremely unfair that I have to pay for 30 days and there is no way to undo the error. Neither is the provider giving the option of freezing the selected channels so that no other channels are added in error. This is such an unfair trade practice. Either give the option to freeze channels are stop the 30 day lock in period. No other DTH provider is doing this except airtel.
