My outgoing/incoming calls of Airtel are barred. I have checked with customer care but to my surprise I am being told that a minimum RC35 (26 TT & 100MB DATA) for a month is mandatory unless you have an unlimited plan in place. I mean seriously !!! Straight forward cheating is happening with customers. Why are you competing/copying others Airtel! How can you change life validity to plan recharge validity. If you don’t recharge monthly, you won’t get outgoing, this is stupidity. Punishment must be given to them all. Is TRAI been updated on this practice you have been adopting.!!!
