Airtel mobile services outgoing calls validity will be stopped in 3 days according to an SMS I received. When I spoke to customer care they informed me that incoming services would also be stopped in two weeks. All this when the sim was sold as lifetime validity. I request the authorities to take necessary action against Airtel for this.
