I purchased Airtel sim card 8 to 9 years ago, I purchased a SIM with life time validity and yesterday I got a MSG from airtel my validity expires on 23 nov 2018.
Regarding this i had a talk to airtel customer care he told me that its because of some TRAI rules.
My Airtel outgoing service is unavailable even there is sufficient account balance.
