my lifetime validity of my number cancelled by airtel, now i have to recharge my phone every month, to receive incoming calls. i have been using airtel number more than 10 years .
hi there, my name is RANJIT KAUR, address is VPO Mehta Chowk, Tehsil Baba Bakala, Amritsar 143114. i have been using AIRTEL sim card since 2008, my mobile number is 9915188313, my AIRTEL sim card validity was expiring in 2036, but AIRTEL company cut off my sim card validity without telling me, because of that i have to recharge my sim card every month just to keep the number going and receive incoming calls. its been a while i keep recharging and asking customer care and they do nOt help me. how can AIRTEL do that to its consumer without asking. can you please help me with this matter. i would be thankful to you. i did not know where to go regarding raising this issue e.g. consumer court.
