I bought my Airtel SIM card in 2006 having cost Rs.1099 (SIM-100+Recharge-999), with Lifetime Validity period. T & C “minimum recharge in 6 months”. But now Airtel announces and also send messages to recharge Rs 35 per month although the services will be stopped.
How the T & C can be changed without prior approval from customers whenever the charge for the services already paid.
