I have purchased two Airtel Sims with lifetime validity. But now it is showing that validity is going to expire in Nov 2018. What rubbish is this?

It is a big scam by Airtel. Big shame for such large company. I also want to file a complaint against Airtel on the life time validity issue.
I have been using vodafone as service provider for my prepaid mob 982036494 this was registered in mumbai more than 10 back. till 07 Dec 2018 I was regularly charging talk time of Rs 1000/= and there was no problem in using my basic mobile I could make and receive calls and make calls and receive and send SMS . AS I know it was for life time validity. suddenly I got SMSon 07 Dec2018 from vodafone care that “my validity expires on 13 Dec 2018” and my outgoing calls will be barred . I started contacting Vodafone customer care on phone as well as by E mail initially my telephone calls were attended to but after 09 Dec 218 telephone at their extension 09 were not connected or answered for my three Email my first E mail I got response which did not answer my complaints and queries . My Balance was Rs 1936/= then. I kept on getting varied suggestions for activation .finally on 12 Dec at about 1600 H I got SMS asking me to dial *121# and at 2100H to dial *234*3 and I was informed at 2130 H that my core balance isRs 770.940 till 04/02/2019and data of 3584MB is available till 05/02/2018.I have time ad again informed that I am using Basic phone and I cannot use data I want talk time. I fail to understand high the high handedness and forced cheating without understanding request of the customer and suddenly changing tariff and validity norms for customer who is using the same number for prepaid service since 2006 ie for twelve years.
