Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Davinder Singh from Patiala Pb. last week I paid My postpaid mobile bill generate by airtel.and paid extra money so that there is no problem in porting it to prepaid.
i going airtel stores but no one porting my mobile number because they give me a big prepaid plan i d’not manage.i decided to go for idea network i send SMS FOR PORTING they received and i paid 300 for recharge.
After that i recived a call from(7947044989) Airtel Costmer Services. its a girl. she said to me D’not change our Airtel network and she give me a good plan for prepaid airtel network. but i say, i d’not want to change it because i do not want to get into this mess.
she force me again and again and she say i download (Airtel thanks APP) from my mobile and airtel give me a 300 rs refund which i gave to IDEA network.
i said yes to them and she gave me a SMS my mobile no. and tell her to PORTING CODE i gave them.She cut the Phone call and after no call i recived and not recived a balance my airtel thanks app.my mobile number is not working and no one(costmer services) to talking me this matter.
Dear sir/madam Please help me to sovle this problem.
