Airtel lie to customers about get 5g unlimited data after recharge with 2gb/day plan and stil we not getting any unlimited plan and after complaining its not working and also customer care support team not gaving proper answer about this things..
This problem is same happed on my previous recharge as 2 day before expiry that recharge they restore 5g unlimited data and after i done new recharge which i m using right now just for only 2 days i used that one recharge after that as usual 5g unlimited data not working even customer team being rude while talking, not solving issue after so much complaint..
They hike price and made a compulsory 2gb recharge for fluently use of unlimited 5g data still we are not able to use it..
Its sounds like waste of money.
We use recharges for use unlimited 5g internet and therefore we use 2gb/day plan still we not getting what we pay for
And Airtel dont do anything about this
Airtel are not gave sufficient service or and satisfying support from its company and also not providing refund about what 5g unlimited service what they are not providing
