I had requested to join the Airtel Black plan, which included two SIMs and WiFi services. My number is 9429974193 and NCH ref no 7519462. However, while my prepaid number was converted to postpaid, the WiFi installation was not completed. As the core part of the Airtel Black service was not delivered, I request that my number be reverted back to prepaid. I should not be billed for a plan that was only partially activated through no fault of mine. Thank you, And if anything is missing, f***g tell what is missing rather than blatantly disposing the complaint. No complaints ID provided by Airtel. So kindly be a consumer helpline service rather than turning a blind eye. You are for the consumer, not for these bloody exploiter companies. Blood sucking parasites.
You disposed my complaint by saying that Rs 2500 was refunded. Do you, Consumer forum, even look at understanding the complaint or f blindly dispose it off ? These Airtel liars have been extorting Rs 800 per month since last 2 months as a post paid bill. Wtf should I pay this for no fault of mine? Ask these MFs to pay me 3 months of this post paid money as they mischievously moved my number from prepaid to postpaid.
And fg idiots, please read the complaint before disposing it off.
