Dear Sir/Madam,
i use Airtel Landline no.044-48674489 last three year. i take this plan 6 month plan i paid and use the plan. No for monthly plan. without my confirmation Airtel change my plan to monthly plan and they charged Rs.9599.35 (Bill value) . Airtel collection person call me, pay Rs.4560 and balance we will waiver the bill amount (that person no.6381830368).
i paid Rs.4560/- 10.09.2020 but no action taken. please sort out the issues
