AFTER COMPLIMENTS,
REFERENCE TO MY SERVICE REQUEST NO 103854764 THE COMPLAINT HAS NOT ATTENDED TILL TIME /DATE.PROVIDED SO MANY MESSAGES WERE RECEIVED FROM AT-AIRINO INFORMING THAT DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT . AND MOREOVER THEY ARE INFORMING LIKE THE RUNNING COMMENTARY THAT ENGINEER WILL COME TODAY/TOMORROW AND SO AND SO. FURTHER WE IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THERE IS NO MANPOWER IN YOUR CONCERN TO ATTEND THE PROBLEM.IT IS NOT A TECHNICAL PROBLEM. SIMPLY WHICH SHOWS YOUR ABSOLUTE NEGLIGENCE IN THIS REGARD.
WE ARE VERY VERY UN-HAPPY IN THIS SITUATION AND DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE/IR-RESPONSIBLE/IR-RESPECTIVE
/IR-REGULAR/IRRITATING WAY OF ATTENDING A SIMPLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT LEADS A BIG LOSS IN MY BUSINESS PROVIDED CREATES UNNECESSARY MENTAL TENSION AND HEAD ACHE WHICH SPOILED MY HEALTH ALSO.
EVEN NOW I DON’T KNOW WHEN EXACTLY YOU PEOPLE ARE GOING TO ATTEND THE PROBLEM.I HEREWITH VERY MUCH REGRETTED TO REGISTER MY GRIEVANCE THAT I HAD NEVER FACE SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE TIME BY MANIPULATING LIES AND CHEATING A CUSTOMER LIKE ME.
