Dear sir, i wish to bring your notice that there are 4 airtel broadband junction boxes installed in my property. The junction boxes were installed without my knowledge as I wasn’t residing there. Please note we are renovating the property and am unable to paint the exterior as there are cables dangling all around the property and on the roof. Please do the needful to remove the airtel junction boxes. I’ve recently met your staff and informed about the issue but they were not helpful and asked us to lodge a complaint. Please confirm the receipt of this complaint by email to advise when the boxes will be removed so that we can carry out the renovation work.
