Hi,
I am using Airtel broadband since Jan 2021 and from May 26th onwards I am facing issue in network. As per my plan (One Bill Plan) my internet speed should be 200 Mbps but after 26th May the speed became 20 Mbps. Which is hampering my daily work and cannot complete my work on time and there are huge issues in my work due to the network speed.
Airtel did send their technician and they changed modem 2 times but still speed remains 20 Mbps. Their technician told that it’s a fault of my office laptop and they told my personal laptop is old hence both laptops having issues and speed will be 20 Mbps.
I got a brand new laptop now Lenovo Legion 5 but still speed is 20 Mbps. Their technician didn’t visit with their laptop to check the speed inspite of asking them to come with their own devices.
Now, Airtel is asking me to pay bill without resolving my issues which I am not going to pay, since it hampered my work , en number of calls to Airtel customer care and they have a tag line – it will be resolved within 24 hours whenever you call them
Now I want consumer court to look at it and provide me justice.
