Airtel Issues pertaining to slow network connection and mobile connection not getting registered properly. On top of that the Customer Service agent behaves roughly without understanding the issue thus wasting time completely without any resolve. Unable to see the complaint lodged today in the Airtel app and there is no way one can escalate the issue if not satisfied with the customer care call.
