I applied for Airtel fibre Wi-Fi connection Kapil( 88940 02187) told me a plan for ₹4003 for 6 months and told me to provide the service next day
The technician came and told I couldn’t have a connection i don’t know for what reason and they are not refunding my money
In addition to that Airtel denied to cancel my postpaid plan because the bill amount is huge I decided to close the postpaid plan they told me postpaid cannot be canceled before 6 months I need help
