I have been a tata docomo customer since many days. Recently, airtel has acquired rights for tata docomo. After the conversion, I even got an airtel sim card from the airtel store but whenever I try to recharge it, it says recharge failed from Airtel’s end. Even till today, I am able to receive SMS but since I cant send SMS from it, I am not even able to PORT it to another network. Its an important number for me as most of my bank accounts are linked to it. Even the airtel store guys are not able to diagnose the problem and they simply tell the customers to get converted to postpaid.
