I am working from home these days, I already have wifi so I don’t need to recharge my phone with unlimited packs. This time I decided not to recharge with unlimited pack as I don’t need one. I had just done a recharge of ₹20 for emergency.
Now they are forcing me to recharge with unlimited pack. They have already stopped my outgoing service and in 2 days they will stop the incoming service as well on top of that they will charge me extra for not recharging.
I tried to contact airtel customer service for this and tried dial in all numbers 121,198,111 and so on but I believe I can’t even talk to customer care till I don’t recharge with unlimited pack. I will leave airtel.
