I have enough balance in my Airtel mobile no, but I got a message from Airtel as outgoing and incoming is expired, but while I bought the SIM card, they promoted the sim as lifetime validity SIM card. I don’t understand how a lifetime validity SIM card’s outgoing expires. Please take necessary action to stop this Airtel fraud. I hope they are trying to raise fund using this expiry fraud. Please take action.
