Airtel is stopping my outgoing services inspite having 31 rs as main balance. Airtel is forcing me to recharge every month, I don’t want to recharge the airtel prepaid sim regularly.

Airtel is forcing me to recharge the prepaid sim every month with the minimum amount of 35 rs. I dont use airtel sim regularly due to its overpricing and bad internet services and call drops issues.
