I’ve been in Uganda as a tourist and in less than a month my whole 45 GB data pack was finished though I didn’t do anything specific. Just WhatsApp chats and every now and then surfing the internet. I got suspicious and checked the data usage of my phone and saw only 8 GB of data was used by my phone during the period. Then I bought another data pack and turned off my phone’s data for a day. After that I saw I lost 1GB of data though my phone’s data was off. Shame on Airtel
