Yesterday night I did my Airtel recharge of plan 449, which gives 2gb data/day. After using whatsapp for one hour, I got a notification from the service provider that 50% of my data is finished.
My phones background data usage and background app refresh are already switched off.
Today, after using my phone for minutes, I got a message that 90% of my daily data is over.
Earlier, when I had only 1.5 fb of data per day, I could have used it for 6-7 hours atleast. But now, not even for 2 hours am able to use 2 gb of data.
This is a clear case of data stealing by the provider.
I would request you to take immediate action to rectify this problem.
