My data pack is 1.4GB per day. But, Airtel gives only 1.2GB Daily. Yesterday I used 965 MB and it says I used 1.4GB. Why Airtel is showing such fake data usage and cheating with their customers. Their Customer service is very bad. When I call to them they don’t even try to understand my problem. Very Bad Customer service.

Its great someone is actually paying attention to the massive fraud.
Same issue arise with me, i used my balance data before 12 am but the data was deducted from my next day quota.
Not only is the data being misrepresented, but the refresh time is also off too. Data usage is supposed to refresh every 24 hours but more often than not, does not refresh after the allocated time. Very sketchy, desperate behavior and in clear violation of their offering to the user when making a recharge.
