I am regularly receiving the billing mails from Air-tel. Even after I have mentioned below clarification to them.
There is no one who can address my complaint, so I am reaching to you today.
My complaint is as below
1) I lost my Mobile along with SIM (9650693459) on 12th Dec 2019.
2) On the same day (12th Dec 2019) I requested AIR-TEL for SIM Blocking and it happened on same day.
3) On 3rd January I received your mail from Air Tel for monthly regular payment of my Blocked SIM for Rs. 587.92 .
4) On 6th January 2020, I made payment for this bill amount, and My HDFC Account statement is attached here on this mail.
5) I have made another Payment on 12th January 2020 for Rs. 669/-. This payment was for the period from Routine Billing Cycle End Date to Till Blocking of SIM. This proof my HDFC account statement is attached here with this mail for your information.
Please check my account thoroughly I have given all my payment details.
The same explanation is given to Air Tel (121@airtel.com) 2-3 times in last one week and I have sent the same mail to Karnataka Nodal Officer (nodalofficer.kk@in.airtel.com) also.
But today again I have received the mail from Air Tel for payment. And every month, Air-Tel is sending payment due mails adding every month billing amount to my account.
I once again mention, that my mobile SIM 9650693459 is blocked on 12th December 2019 on my request.
I need your help in addressing my complaint
