I am a very old airtel user I use this network since I think 2004 but I writting this complain only because to ralize them the power of consumers .
So, my complain is that the since last two recharges I didn’t get benefits written on them and when I submit my problem to customer care they say their no such like benefits present on our network recharges so my question is that so why they showing this benefits on recharges on their own Airtel Thanks app only because to playing bluff with customers .
Plz. Resolve my problem as soon as possible
