my wife ported to Airtel from vodaphone as signal strength of Airtel is better near my residence.
She is prepaid customer and we recharge with Rs 448/- (unlimited calls, SMS and 1 GB data per day with validity of 79 days) recently I switched to Rs 499/- plan (unlimited calls, SMS, 2 GB data per day for 82 days)
Her mobile number is registered mobile number with TataSky. To add/ delete any channels or packs and to arrange service visits if she calls tatasky helpline numbers the call doesn’t materialise an IVR msg says that you have no balance to make this call. SMS sent to tatasky helpline (56633) doesn’t get delivered mentioning again same reason no balance
i checked the validity of pack it is valid till May 31st 2019.
Why this msg of no balance in your account? I called up CC Airtel after about 10 min the CCE just said you can recharge your account with Rs 10 and make a call. When I asked is the Rs499/- pack is valid it’s active and valid but to make call to service providers like TataSky etc., I must perform instant recharge
So all this unlimited calls, SMS is just a hoax they are out to fleece just money from customers.
