Dear Team,
I am writing to report that my Airtel Internet service has been down since 3:00 PM on 5.10.2024. Upon investigating, I stepped outside and noticed a field technician working on the pole right in front of my gate. So, the engineer said that they are installing a new internet service for my neighbor house.
The technician worked for about 30 minutes and left the premises but unfortunately, my internet issue remains unresolved. So, i have raised a complaint immediately.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a technician appointment that was scheduled for 05.10.2024 between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Then rescheduled to next day i.e on 06.10.2024 at morning 8:30 am, but no technician visited to fix the issue. Then again rescheduled to the next day i.e on 07.10.2024 @2pm, but again unfortunately, no technician arrived to address the issue as planned, despite the critical nature of the situation. All this resulted my IT job under risk now. Since I am working from home, due toninternet issue i am unable to login to complete office work. So far there is a loss of pay for three days that is 1500/day.
As per the message I received from Airtel which included technician name and the contact nunber. I attempted to contact the assigned technician more than 10 times, but the call wan’t answered. This internet service interruption caused me a major business loss.
It is clear that this level of service from Airtel and technician’s disregard is unacceptable.
I request that this issue be investigated immediately, and that appropriate action is taken against whoever it may concern.
