Sub: Request for upgrading the fibrenet plan from 300mbps to 1GB ( been requesting for nearly two months )

Madam/Sir,
I am having AIRTEL fibrenet connection since 2020 . I have requested airtel customer care via customer care number and e-mail multiple times since first week of april 2022( 06-04-2022)( service request number:21-12319311817) to upgrade my plan to 1GB. But till now my plan is not upgraded. I could not upgrade in the Airtel thanks app also. I kindly request you to
take necessary action to direct the airtel toupgrade my plaN to 1 GB IMMEDIATELY.
THIS REQUEST MAY PL BE TREATED AS MOST URGENT.
I have been requesting for two months through customer care and e-mails. I didn’t receive any help. This is absolutely harassment by airtel.
