i lost my cellphone on 17th october 2018, when i tried to swap my airtel mobile number 9467344449. i have been informed by them that
your airtel postpaid name is in the name of Mr Vipin goel however my real name is Mr vipul goel.
due to this issue i am not able to ge it swapped.
i went to airtel store
karnal, delhi, kanpur
even contacted helpdesk and register a complaint on 121@airtel.com
but nothing has een done as ofbow. its been 17 days.
i am having alotnof troubles due to non availability of my number.
kidly help
