Text of Complaint by prateek bhardwaj:

I have added 251 rupee in airtel wallet via thanksapp, got success message with transaction number, but actual amount is not reflecting in my wallet.

provided all screenshots, transaction no,date time everyting to airtel customer care numbers via email and telephone number, but airtel each time reply me with the same below message which is computerize,

“we have checked, 251rupee is successfully loaded to your wallet” !!!!!

its not loaded, i have sent screenshot of my airtel wallet balance , i cannot use the money as it is not reflecting in wallet.

Airtel is refusing to add money and saying that its already added despite of showing them screenshot of wallet balance!

Please suggest how can i get my money back from airtel as they are not reverting me and saying that they cannot do this.
