Respected Sir/Madam
We had a airtel broadband connection , which was disconnected without my prior notice even when all the due’s were cleared ( in fact , I had paid advance amount )
Now , even after 15 days , airtel is not returning my amount , and sends the same bogus emails stating that its in progress .  Please help me on this ! thanks and regards Nikhil D
