Text of Complaint by Siddhan Khata:

Dear Concerned Person,

I Mr Siddhan Khata already taken your service but not satisfied
Your Sales person named Ramen shaw( Contact no of the Ramen shaw 09903451069) sold me airtle Xtream (black) postpaid 699+18% tax. and taken Rs 4000 which i have paid on 03-04-2023 (order id 7048536201506562048) with digital form id : 03310151753
As per your plan which consists of(DTH+Broadband combo)
Now on 04-04-2023 your service engineer arrives and completes the installation process for the broadband connection for that i am happy your broadband is too good compared to others.
But now my problem is, you engineer again arrived on 05-04-2023 to install DTH but they are saying “AIRtel DTH is not possible for you due to coconut trees obstructing the signal” but in our area some others are also using Airtel dth. now my question is this is a metropolitan city kolkata and my house is 2 stored individual house and the roof top is about 1000SQFT so i think from any corner the problem can be resolved. But your Team is saying not possible.

And then i called your sales person “Ramen Shaw” for the solution and he said ok your 4000 Rs will get adjusted with broadband only and DTH is not possible.
Now my concern is if you cannot give me the solution(as you are committed to provide me the combo line) then disconnect my full line, take your router and refund my money. I don’t want your third class Customer service.

Already i registered a ticket with ticket id (10160709308) via your customer care for disconnecting my service from your end.
So please disconnect my line and issue me refund and make sure don’t do fake commitment to your customer and also recommend you to take strong action against your sales person.

Already 10- 12 days over no communication received and nor refund
