My airtel post paid suddenly got disconnected and unable to get the network from device. I have reported that issue on 27th May 2021 with airtel but not yet resolved and raised multiple questions which is pending with them. My personal and official work has been impacted due to sim issue. Also airtel is not ready to provide a solution on time and tried all the way but unfortunately didn’t get the resolution. I am very disappointed about service and struggling a lot for my business and official things get improved without mobile number which was registered and provided to customer and friends/relatives. More than 14 days going to be completed there is no update from Airtel. I requesting you to take a necessary action against this complaint ASAP. Thanks
