I have recharged with around Rs 839 pack In airtel thanks app & I cant able to download bill.. ..

I mailed them ..no one is responding (almost 15mail threads ) regarding this issue..even customer care is helpless and can’t provide bill

I paid money and im asking for bill. Is that a sin to ask for bill?
