My airtel SIM was damaged recently, so i went to airtel office seeking a duplicate SIM for the same number. Since the sim card is registered on my father’s name who has passed away,
the airtel office employees told me to bring a certain set of documents. I had some of them and had to get the family tree document done. After a month i went with all the documents. When i submitted all the documents they told me that it would take a week to provide me the sim. After a week i went to the store as i didnt receive any calls from airtel office. When i went they say that they wont provide me the duplicate sim and simply telling me to buy a new sim. The store staff are useless and dont cooperate with any of the customers I WANT THAT PARTICULAR SIM so im here to take action against their negligence and lack of customer care and support
