Dear Sir,
I have raised complaints with airtel for my no. 8826289995 on 12 th march and 30th march regarding network problem, call drop, & very slow internet. 47 days over, but still problem has not been resolved. Each & every time, customer care person register a new complaint and ask to wait for 24 hrs to resolve the issue through their network team. Airtel network team never called me to resolve the issue. Every time, i have to follow up and every time they make excuses.
Now, Airtel generate bills of amount Rs.883.82/- for such period when airtel is not able to provide its services and debarred its services.
But, when i asked for my complaint status, they asked to pay full payment first, after that they will think about it. Airtel repeats such things but the problems had been left unresolved in past.
please help me in this regards!
