I have logged complaint SR86903510 on 04/08/2018 and SR88032462 through appellate authority on 09/10/2018
Both complaints have been closed without my consent and without providing solution.
I have been facing an issue of 4G network coverage (data) in my home area since activation of my Airtel postpaid sim (2nd August 2018).
My issue is still there and airtel is giving bill regularly.
This time I refused to pay the bill until my issue is getting resolved.
Please help me to sort out this issue or suggest whether I go to consumer court.
